Aircastle has focused on providing our investors a steady return on investment through regular dividends. Since inception through June 30, 2018, we have paid over $812 million in aggregate dividends – additionally since 2011 we have increased dividend per share eight times. Since 2009 our assets have grown from $4.45 billion to $7.21 billion at June 30, 2018 resulting in operating cash flow annualized growth rate of approximately 6%. Over this same period, our fleet has grown from 129 to 240 of owned and managed aircraft. We have also dramatically improved the credit profile of the company and recent ratings upgrades to BBB- by Standard & Poors and FitchRatings along with a positive ratings review for upgrade by Moody’s positions us to access the credit markets efficiently.
